Q : How can I order a sample?
A : Simply click here to get to where you can order a sample
Q : I only want 25 invites and nothing else?
A : If that’s all you need then you’re fine, my minimum order quantity is 25 for invitations
Q : How long will the order take?
A : Please allow 3-4 weeks from receipt of order to delivery.
Q : I have found an invitation I like, but it is the wrong colour for my wedding theme?
A : Not a problem, I can colour match as close as possible, your stationery is personally made for you, therefore this is something I encourage
Q : I like the designs that you have, but they are not quite what I want?
A : I am often coming up with new designs, but if you’re stuck please complete my bespoke questionnaire, I can create something more suited to you
Q : I have found a design I like, but I would like other stationery items to go with it?
A : No worries! I can follow any design through with other stationery items as well, such as table planners, place names and favours
Q : Will I get proofs?
A : Yes, you will get a proof for the invite, order of service and anything else that might need it, you will need to sign these before orders can be completed
Q : What if I am not pleased with my order?
A : In the unlikely event that you feel this way, and it is my fault, I will correct it for you,
I will even do this if it is a little oversight on your part, just get in touch for us to sort it.
Q : My wedding is going to be huge, do you offer discounts?
A : If you don’t ask you don’t get, please contact me with any large orders and I will see what I can offer you
Q : I need my invites NOW?
A : Don’t panic, I will help if I can. Just get in touch and we can take it from there.
