The Ordering
Wedding Invitations
Ordering your wedding invitations from Perfect Day Wishes is really easy:
1. Choose a design that you like (you can order a sample first if you like)
2. Fill up your basket; make your way to the checkout where you can pay securely using Paypal or via a cheque. (You will be able to let me know what wording and colours you require at this stage, if not I will email you so that we can discuss)
3. I will email you a proof if necessary.
4. Once you’re happy with the proof, I will set to work on your invitations which will take about 4 weeks depending on the size of your order.
Ordering Bespoke
If you are ‘going bespoke’ just complete the questionnaire and when your unique samples are ready I will email you on how you can pay me for these samples, which will be your choice either through PayPal, a direct bank transfer or a cheque. The £15 charge for the bespoke samples will be refunded should you choose to order your stationery with me. This charge is a one off and I will not ask you for a design fee further down the line. Your bespoke samples will be posted along with a quote for the actual invitations and or any other items you may require.
Ordering Samples
You can order samples from my shop, simply fill your basket with the sample/s you want and I will post them to you within 3-5 days of receipt of payment. Generic wording and colours will be used for all samples, if you decide you want to proceed please feel free to then re-visit my shop to place your order. You can contact me for colour matching or any questions you may have.
Other Stationery Items
For most of my other wedding stationery the process for ordering invitations works the same. For Orders of Service, printed place names, seating plans and personal menus please contact me with the wording that you require.
Off the Shelf Ordering
Simply browse around my shop and fill your basket, then make your way to the checkout where you can pay securely using Paypal, or you can pay by cheque made payable to Mrs Holden-Burleigh.
Proofing Tips
Check everything carefully
Are all the fonts correct?
Are the colours correct?
Is the text spaced properly?
Is the alignment correct?
Double check ALL dates, names, professional titles, addresses, emails, web addresses and telephone numbers.
Double check spelling and punctuation.
Have you included all relevant information?
Once you have given final proof approval, it could be costly if a mistake were to be discovered after items have been made.
I recommend having several people review any proofs before giving the final ‘go ahead’.
